काठमाडौं, ०५ फागुन । जनता समाजवादी पार्टी नेपालका केन्द्रिय सदस्य तथा पुर्व मन्त्री मो. इस्तियाक राईको कारण अहिले बाँकेमा जसपा नेपाल पार्टी परित्याग गर्ने शिलशिला कायम रहेको पाइएको छ । जसपा नेपालका केन्द्रिय नेता तथा पुर्व मन्त्री राई कै कारण बाँकेका युवा नेता तथा होटल व्यवसायी सिताराम यादवले पार्टी परित्याग गरी एमालेमा प्रवेश गरेपछि ‘नेता राईले यादव हाम्रो मान्छे होइन’ भनी अभिव्यक्ति दिने गरेको कारण अधिकांश जसपा नेपाल बाँकेका कार्यकर्ता रुष्ट देखिएका छन् ।
युवा नेता यादवले जसपा परित्याग गरी एमालेमा प्रवेश गरेपछि पुर्व मन्त्री इस्तियाक राईले ‘सिताराम यादव जसपा नेपालको कार्यकर्ता तथा नेता होइन, यादव हाम्रो मान्छे होइन’ भन्ने अभिव्यक्ति दिन थालेपछि जसपा बाँकेमा अधिकांश नेता तथा कार्यकर्ता रुष्ट भएका हुन ।
पुर्वमन्त्री इस्तियाक राईले सामाजिक संजाल फेसबुक मेसेन्जरमा समेत सिताराम यादव भन्ने व्यक्ति जसपा नेपालको कुनै पनि सदस्य होइन भन्दै डाइरेक्ट चुनौति दिने गरेको पाइएको छ भने उता जसपा नेपालका पुर्व युवा नेता सिताराम यादवले भने उल्टै पुर्व मन्त्री इस्तियाक राईलाई सदस्य नरहेको प्रमाणित गर्न च्ुनौति दिएका छन् । तर यादवसँग जसपा नेपाल बाँकेले दिएको पत्रहरुले उनी जसपा नेपाल बाँकेका खम्बाको रुपमा देखा परेका छन् ।
‘काम परे मेरो आफ्नै भाई, काम नपरे लात मार्ने अर्थात बाँदर मामा’ जस्तो नीति अपनाउने पुर्व मन्त्री इस्तियाक राईको यो नीतिले जसपा नेपाल बाँकेका अधिकांश कार्यकर्ताहरु पार्टी परित्याग गर्ने योजना बनाएको बुझिनुको साथै फागुन १६ गते एक कार्यक्रमको आयोजना गरी करिब ५ सय बढी जसपा नेपाल बाँके कार्यकर्ताले पार्टी परित्याग गर्ने तयारीमा रहेको स्रोत बताएको छ ।
जसपा नेपालको विशेष सहयोगी भारत उत्तर प्रदेशका मुख्य मन्त्री आदित्य नाथ योगी र जसपा नेपालका केन्द्रिय अध्यक्ष उपेन्द्र यादवद्वयले पुर्व मन्त्री इस्तियाक राईको यो रवैवाको कारण रुष्ट भएको तथा राई कै कारण बाँकेमा जसपा नेपाल कमजोर हुँदै विलिन हुन सक्ने सम्भावना देख्दै मो. इस्तियाक राईको ठाउँमा अन्य बलियो उम्मेदवार खोजी गर्ने कार्य भईरहेको समेत स्रोतले बताएको छ । साथै विगत केही समयदेखि जसपा नेपालका केन्द्रिय अध्यक्ष उपेन्द्र यादव र पुर्व मन्त्री मो. इस्तियाक राई बिच सम्बन्ध राम्रो नभई धेरै नै चिसिएको केन्द्रिय स्तरका नेताले बताउने गरेका छन् ।
पुर्व मन्त्री इस्तियाक राईले आफुखुशी टिकट वितरण तथा ‘एस मेन’लाई मात्र स्थान दिने नीतिका कारण यादवले जसपा ंपार्टी परित्याग गरेको पाइएको छ । संघिय निर्वाचनमा राष्ट्रिय प्रजातन्त्र पार्टीबाट मो. इस्तियाक राई पराजित भएपछि नेपालगन्ज उपमहानगरपालिकामा केही समय आफ्नो हैकम जमाउन सफल भएतापनि आफ्नो हैकम शून्य जस्तोे देखिएपश्चात जसपा नेपाल बाँके अध्यक्ष तथा उपमेयर मो. कमरुद्दिन राई प्रति नकारात्मक टिकाटिप्पणी समेत गर्ने गरेको पाइएको छ । साथै जसपा नेपाल बाँकेको अध्यक्ष पदको लागि मो. कमरुद्दिन राईलाई हटाइ हिरालाल लोनियालाई जिम्मेवारी दिने समेत रणनीति बनाउन चलखेल शुरु भएको तथा हिरालाल लोनियाले भने जसपा नेपाल बाँकेमा जस्तो सुकै ठुलो पद दिएपनि प्रवेश नगर्ने ठाडो जवाब दिएको स्रोतले बताएको छ ।

JSP workers leaving Banke due to clash with central president Upendra Yadav due to ex-minister Istiyak Rai
Kathmandu, 17 February. Central member of Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal and former minister Md. Due to Istiyak Rai, it has been found that there is a plan to leave the JSP Nepal Party in Banke now. It has been found that former minister Istiyak Rai has given a direct challenge to a person named Sitaram Yadav on the social network Facebook Messenger saying that he is not a member of JSP Nepal, while Sitaram Yadav, the former youth leader of JSP Nepal, has on the contrary given a challenge to former minister Istiyak Rai to prove that he is not a member. But according to the letters given by Jaspa Nepal Banke to Yadav, he has appeared as a pillar of Jaspa Nepal Banke. It is understood that most of the workers of JSP Nepal Banke are planning to leave the party due to this policy of former minister Istiyak Rai, who adopted a policy like ‘My own brother if I work, if I don’t work, I will kick him, i.e. monkey uncle.’ Sources said that the worker is preparing to leave the party. Aditya Nath Yogi, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, India, JSP Nepal’s special supporter, and Upendra Yadav, the central president of JSP Nepal, said that they were angry because of this attitude of former minister Istiyak Rai, and seeing the possibility that JSP Nepal would weaken and merge with Banke due to Rai.
