काठमाडौं, ६ चैत्र । गर्मी बढेसँगै अर्थात गर्मी मौसममा विरामीको चाप बढ्ने गरेकोले भारत उत्तर प्रदेशको राजधानी लखनउका क्रिसेन र ए एस अस्पतालले नेपाली विरामीलाई लुट्न नेपालगन्जस्थित केही फार्मेसी, एम्बुलेन्स चालक र केही फुटकर मेडिकल दलालसंग साँठगाँठ बढाएको स्रोतको दाबी छ ।
नेपाली विरामीको आशमा लखनउको गोमती नगरमा अस्पताल खोलेका क्रिसेन अस्पतालमा विगत २–३ महिना विरामी नहुँदा कर्मचारीलाई तलब दिन धौं–धौं परेको अवस्थामा अहिले फार्मेसी, एम्बुलेन्स चालक, समिति र केही फुटकर मेडिकल दलालसंगको सेटिंगमा अहिले करिब १ दर्जनभन्दा बढी नेपाली विरामी भर्ना रहेको स्रोतको दाबी छ । यसैगरी ए एस अस्पताल पनि लखनउमा जनताले बदनाम तथा लुटेरा अस्पतालको संज्ञा दिएको पाइएको छ ।
क्रिसेन अस्पतालले नेपालगन्जका फार्मेसीलाई टोटल विलको ४०–५० प्रतिशत कमिशन दिनुको साथै एम्बुलेन्स चालकलाई एउटा विरामी लगेवापत भारु १० हजार तत्काल दिने गरेको र यस्तै ए एस अस्पताले यहाँस्थित फार्मेसीलाई ५०–६० प्रतिशत कमिशन तथा एम्बुलेन्स चालकलाई विरामी हेरी भारु. १५–२० हजार दिने गरेको स्रोतले दाबी गर्दै बताएको छ ।
बाँके खजुराको एक विरामीलाई खुट्टामा रड राखेवापत रु. ५ लाख ५० हजारको विल बनाएकोमा ध्वनिखबर मिडियाको पहलमा मिडिल फार्मेसीमा आबद्ध मेडिकल माफिया भीम भण्डारीले रु. ३ लाख ५० हजार फिर्ता गरेको पीडितको बयानबाट सार्वजनिक भएको थियो ।
विगत १५ दिनमा फार्मेसी र एम्बुलेन्स समेत नभएका एक दलालले लखनउको बदनाम ए एस अस्पताललाई तिन वटा विरामी पठाएको छ भने हिजो मंगलबार राती मेडिकल माफिया भीम भण्डारीको सहयोगमा एक विरामी र एम्बुलेन्स चालकको सहयोगमा एक गरी दुई नेपाली विरामीलाई लुटेरा अस्पताल भनी नाम कमाएका क्रिसेन अस्पतालमा भर्ना गरिएको छ ।
मेडिकल माफिया भीम भण्डारीले हिजो मंगलबार राती मानवे फाउण्डेशनको एम्बुलेन्सबाट लखनउको क्रिसेन अस्पतालमा विरामी पठाएको र पुर्व मन्त्री तथा जसपाका केन्द्रिय महासचिव मो. इस्तियाक राईको संलग्नतामा रहेको सामाजिक संस्था इस्माईल फाउण्डेसनको एम्बुलेन्सबाट हिजो मंगलबार राती क्रिसेन अस्पतालमा विरामी लगिएको छ । यस विषयमा पुष्टि गर्न सरोकारवाला निकायले नाकामा रहेको नेपालगन्ज भन्सार कार्यालय, नेपाल प्रहरी र सशस्त्र प्रहरी बलको सिसि टिभी फुटेजबाट के कति समयमा गएको भन्ने विषयमा सहज रुपमा जानकारी लिन सकिन्छ ।
Lucknow’s Cresent and AS Hospitals Target Nepali Patients: Rumors of Collusion Between Pharmacies, Ambulance Drivers, Hospital Guards and Police“
Kathmandu, 19 march. As the heat increases, sources claim that Cresent and AS Hospitals in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, have formed a nexus with some pharmacies, ambulance drivers and some retail medical brokers in Nepalgunj to rob Nepali patients.“Cresent Hospital, which opened a hospital in Lucknow’s Gomti Nagar in the hope of Nepali patients, has been struggling to pay its employees due to the lack of patients for the past 2-3 months. According to sources, more than a dozen Nepali patients are currently admitted in a setting with pharmacies, ambulance drivers, committees and some retail medical brokers. Similarly, it has been found that AS Hospital is also being called a notorious and looting hospital by the people of Lucknow.“
The source claimed that Cresent Hospital gives 40-50 percent commission of the total bill to pharmacies in Nepalgunj and also gives an ambulance driver Indian Rs. 10,000 immediately for taking a patient, and similarly, AS Hospital gives 50-60 percent commission to pharmacies located here and gives an ambulance driver Indian Rs. 15-20,000 for seeing the patient, the source said.“
A medical mafia affiliated with Middle Pharmacy, Bhim Bhandari, who was charged Rs. 5,50,000 for putting a rod in the leg of a patient in Banke Khajura, returned Rs. 3,50,000, according to the victim’s statement, at the initiative of DhwaniKhabar Media.“
In the past 15 days, a broker who does not even have a pharmacy and an ambulance has sent three patients to the infamous AS Hospital in Lucknow, and on Tuesday night, two Nepali patients, one with the help of medical mafia Bhim Bhandari and one with the help of an ambulance driver, were admitted to Cresent Hospital, which has earned the name of a robber hospital.“Medical mafia Bhim Bhandari sent a patient to Cresent Hospital in Lucknow in an ambulance of Manve Foundation on Tuesday night, and a patient was taken to Cresent Hospital in an ambulance of Ismail Foundation, a social organization affiliated with former minister and JSP Central General Secretary Md. Istiak Rai. To confirm this, the concerned bodies can easily get information about what time they went from the Nepalgunj Customs Office, Nepal Police and Armed Police Force at the border.
