Illegal racketeering of casinos in Nepalgunj, Indian security forces did not help
Kathmandu, 23 Dec. There have been one incident after another of 7 casinos operating in Nepalgunj openly dealing in banned currency notes in defiance of Nepalese laws. Although the Nepal Rastra Bank has repeatedly issued notices saying that they will not be allowed to trade and keep the banned 200 and 500 currency notes, it is seen that the Revenue Investigation Department, Nepal Police and the Armed Police are not paying any attention. Also, knowing that the Indian authorities have banned Indian notes from the Nepalese government, it has been seen that Indian Bahraich Rupaidiha customs, Uttar Pradesh and SSB forces are taking large sums of money and converting black money into white money.
The Bahraich DM office has stepped up its checks due to the incident of hanging an Indian gambler around Bahraich district for coming to play gambling in Nepalgunj casino and losing a large amount of money. Although the SSB force stationed at the Rupaidiha border sniffs with dogs, it does not seem to have any check on Bharu notes, which are banned in money transactions. The Lucknow and New Delhi high command are in awe of the SSB force deployed in Rupaidiha. Similarly, the Indian police stationed in Rupaidiha in the Uttar Pradesh command of India turned a blind eye despite having all the information.
It is felt that illegal activities have been stopped after understanding the command of Banke Sidio and District Police Office SP who has been transferred to Nepalganj. But because of the powerful owner of the casino, there is no courage to stop the illegal activities in the casino. Recently, a video of banned Bharu’s show-up was released by Casino SN Blue, which operates in Nepalgunj Kalputra Hotel, through Tiktok, but the Banke police have put oil in their ears.Even though the Home Minister, Ministry of Home Affairs, Revenue Investigation Department, IGP of Nepal Police, Lumbini Province and Banke Police Administration watched the video of banned Bharu show-up by Casino SN Blue operated at Nepalgunj Kalputra Hotel, no one felt that they had the courage to take action.

नेपालगन्जमा क्यासिनोको गैर कानुनी दादागिरी, भारतीय सुरक्षा फौजले सहयोग गरेन
काठमाडौं, ०७ पुष । नेपाल कानुनको धज्जी उठाउँदै नेपालगन्जमा संचालित ७ क्यासिनोले प्रतिबन्धित भारु नोटको खुलेआम कारोबार हुने गरेको एकपछि अर्को घटना आएको छ । नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले पटक पटक सूचना जारी गरी प्रतिबन्धित भारु २०० र ५०० नोटको कारोबार र राख्न नपाउने बताएपनि राजस्व अनुसन्धान विभाग, नेपाल प्रहरी र सशस्त्र प्रहरीले कुनै वास्ता नगरेको देखिएको छ । साथै भारतीय निकायलाई नेपाल सरकारले भारतीय नोटमा प्रतिबन्धित लगाएको थाहा हुँदा हुँदै भारतिय बहराइच रुपैडिहास्थित कस्टम, उत्तर प्रदेश र एसएसबि फोर्सले मोटो रकम लिइ कालो धनलाई सेतो धनमा परिणत गराउने अभियानमा लागेको देखिएको छ ।
बहराइच जिल्ला आसपास भारतीय जुवाडी नेपालगन्ज क्यासिनोमा जुवा खेल्न आउन तथा ठुलो धनराशी हार्ने भएको केहीले फाँसी लगाएको घटनाले बहराइच डिएम कार्यालयले चेकजाँचलाई तिब्रता दिएको छ । रुपैडिहा बोर्डरमा तैनाथ एसएसबी फोर्सले कुकुरबाट सुँघाउने गरेता पनि पैसाको लेनदेनमा प्रतिबन्धित भारु नोटलाई कुनै छेकबार लगाएको देखिदैन । रुपैडिहामा तैनाथ एसएसबि फोर्सको विषयमा लखनउ र नई दिल्ली हाई कमाण्डलाई बेखर छ । यसै गरी भारतको उत्तर प्रदेश कमाण्डमा रुपैडिहामा खटिएको भारतीय पुलिसलाई सबै जानकारी हुँदाहुँदै आँखा बन्द गरी बसेको छ ।
नेपालगन्जमा सरुवा भएका बाँके सिडियो र जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका एसपी आई कमाण्ड बुझेपछि गैर कानुनी कार्य ठप्प पारेको महसुस गरिएको छ । तर क्यासिनोको पावरफुल मालिकको कारण क्यासिनोमा गैर कानुनी गतिविधिलाई रोक्ने आँट भनेको देखिएको छैन । भर्खरै नेपालगन्ज कल्पुत्र होटलमा संचालित क्यासिनो एसएन ब्लूले टिकटाकमार्फत प्रतिबन्धित भारुको शो–अप गरेको भिडियो सार्वजनिक भएपनि बाँके प्रहरीले कानमा तेल हालेका छन् ।
नेपालगन्ज कल्पुत्र होटलमा संचालित क्यासिनो एसएन ब्लूले टिकटाकमार्फत प्रतिबन्धित भारुको शो–अप गरेको भिडियो गृह मन्त्री, गृह मन्त्रालय, राजस्व अनुसन्धान विभाग, नेपाल प्रहरी आईजिपी, लुम्बिनी प्रदेश र बाँके प्रहरी प्रशासनले हेरेता पनि कारवाही गर्ने कसैलाई आँट आएको महसुस गरिएको छैन ।
